Jim Kirschner
Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer
James Kirschner is a Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer for Bay Bank.
Mr. Kirschner has more than 30 years’ experience in banking and distressed investing having worked for various sized financial institutions. His current responsibilities include the management of the credit function and Special Assets Group of the Bank. He has been a member of the Bank’s loan committee since 2011. He has extensive experience with credit underwriting, lending, and loan work-out.
Mr. Kirschner has a B.S. in Finance from Penn State University and a MBA in Business Administration from the University of Baltimore. He has also completed Advanced Accounting courses at the University of Baltimore. In his spare time, he is active as a coach with Special Olympics, Maryland.
