Jacinthia Lawson - Senior Vice President | Payments Program

Mrs. Lawson has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services and payment industries. She has held leadership positions at Fortune 100 organizations and SMB businesses. Her experience includes leading the Risk/Compliance department of an industry leading payment processor ("processor") with emphasis on supporting strategic growth. In this role, Mrs. Lawson supported all business units, including Business Development, IT, Information Security and Operations to provide merchant processing services. In addition, during her tenure, she led the processor's annual audits to retain PCI Data Security Standard certification and implemented a merchant PCI DSS and web content monitoring program supporting over 2,000 merchants. Also, Mrs. Lawson maintained positive and collaborative relationships with the processor's two bank sponsors, all credit payment networks, qualified security assessors and merchants to maintain compliance with bank sponsors, payment networks, regulatory, and merchant specific (e.g., PCI) requirements. Mrs. Lawson leverages this in-depth knowledge and experience leading Bay Bank's Payment Sponsorship Services. |
